Writing a Letter to your Partner on your wedding day

One small detail we really love on a wedding day is when the couple leave one another a special note to read privately before they see each other.

A PERSONAL NOTE

It’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of the day. To get caught up in timelines and your attention being divided between so many people. So it's always beautiful to take a quiet moment to yourself and read some love from the one who loves you most (with your photographer quietly and unobtrusively documenting it all of course!!). Leaving a little note is a brilliant way to remind each other why you’re here and makes for wonderful photos that you will cherish forever.

Especially when you see each other just after reading the note like in the image above.

We have planned and photographed hundreds of weddings and there are just a few things we love and feel should be considered at every wedding. Hopefully these little tips will help brides and grooms to get the very best from their preparation photos. And just the preparation itself!!

The most important thing, however, is to make sure you enjoy your wedding day. Pop the prosecco and enjoy the build-up. Don't be camera aware. Just be real. Be you. Show your authentic self. Your wedding day is incredibly special and you will cherish these memories forever.
